Aida Gems & Jewellery, Bentota

With some trepidation we bought several items in their Galle Fort shop. Were we paying the right money? Were the gems as we were sold? Were the gems of good quality? On return to the UK one of the small stones dropped out of a diamond ring. "Well that's that", we thought. We will just have to put that one down to experience. However my wife felt it was worth a try to email the shop. An instant response and we were asked to send the ring back. It has just been returned today with the diamond replaced, no cost! Now that is good service, thank you.

Really supportive staff and I didn't have to wait that much to select a product since the staff was really helpful and furthermore they have a amazing restaurant right on top of the jeweller where I enjoyed the most also the prices were ver reasonable 👍👍
