Sorabora Wewa is a large lake situated close to Mahiyanganaya. A beautiful place to visit. There are lot of local vendors with their handcraft items. An also, fishermen are providing boat service too. Per trip 1500 LKR. Can accommodate 10 people on the boat.

Really beautiful place and lake built by giant bulatha in King Dutugemunu era. People are poluting the surrounding area of the lake. You can go boat ride and you can bathe here too. It is crowded on weekends. Car park is available too. Dont follow the google map.
