The green and pleasant mountain town of Ehden has become a popular summer vacation resort for city-dwellers from Zgharta, Beirut, and other major urban areas throughout the country.

Baalbeck — 1 night

Baalbek, properly Baʿalbek and also known as Balbec, Baalbec or Baalbeck, is a town in the Anti-Lebanon foothills east of the Litani River in Lebanon's Beqaa Valley, about 85km northeast of Beirut and about 75km north of Damascus. On the 29th (Thu), steep yourself in history at Baalbek Roman Ruins, steep yourself in history at Temples of Baalbek, and then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Saieda Khaoula - Mosque.
